Join us for the Founders Hall Lease Launch Open House, open to everyone!

Stop by on Saturday, November 7th, from 4:00–7:00 p.m. Enjoy pizza and drinks, tour the community, meet residents, and get your housing questions answered.

• Renewals are open: Residents can sign for the 2027–28 academic year and explore renewal specials based on the current tier system.
• New leases: Application fees will be waived, and current leasing specials will be available.
• E-scooter drawing: Sign a new lease or renewal during the event to be entered to win an e-scooter. Bring a friend who signs a lease, and you’ll receive five extra entries.
