Founders Flow - A Meet Assembly Event at SheWorks
About this Event
Founders Flow is the signature movement experience at our first Assembly gathering at SheWorks.
Assembly and SheWorks are partnering together to bring community and connection to women and mothers. This special events allows you to be one of the first to see the SheWorks space before it officially opens in September.
Founders Flow is inspired by the strength, flow, and control of the reformer, this mat Pilates experience is designed to leave you feeling stronger, more grounded, and connected.
We'll move to a live set from a local female DJ, then slow down afterward with a beverage in hand and time to connect with an incredible community of women.
Each ticket includes:
• Reformer-inspired mat Pilates
• Mat provided (just bring yourself!)
• Live DJ
• Post-class beverage
• Access to our curated wellness market
• An Assembly tote featuring thoughtfully curated gifts
Pilates Class Times: 9-9:50AM, 10:30-11:20AM, and 11:50AM-12:40PM.
Because this is an intimate experience, space is intentionally limited to 15 slots per class.
Childcare Add-On: Try the SheWorks way and take a moment for you!
Add childcare for $20 and know your little one (age 2 and up) is in caring hands while you move, connect, shop, and recharge.
