Founders & Fitness combines movement and connection to help you refresh your mind, body, and spirit. Each quarter, we’ll feature a new local women’s fitness instructor who will guide us through a fun, energizing workout.

- Monthly Class: One hour of a professionally led fitness session—Q1quarter, it’s Pilates with Taylor Moody!
- Founder Connections: Network and connect with fellow women entrepreneurs in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
- Quarterly Variety: Each quarter features a new fitness instructor and style, so you can try something new every season.
