Pitch Practice – Founder Funding Groups’ First Session of 2026 in Liverpool

Start 2026 strong with the Founder Funding Groups programme, returning to Liverpool with its first Pitch Practice session of the year on Wednesday, 28th January 2026, from 12:00–14:30.

This is the perfect opportunity for founders in Liverpool and the surrounding areas to practise their investment pitch in a supportive, hands-on environment before presenting to real investors. Whether you’re actively raising funds or planning your next funding round, this session will help you gain confidence, refine your message, and receive practical feedback.

What to Expect:

• Deliver a 3-minute practice pitch with live Q&A (up to 5slots available)
• Receive honest, constructive feedback on your messaging, slides, delivery, and presentation skills from experienced mentors
• Observe how other founders pitch and learn from their approach
• Gain real-world experience pitching to an audience in a fully confidential setting

Meet the Organiser:
Rupert Wingate-Saul, Managing Director at FWS Advisory Ltd and Investment Director at AXM Venture Capital Ltd, brings extensive experience in early-stage venture capital, fundraising, and angel investing. He has supported over 50 businesses in raising more than £50M in follow-on funding and advised on successful exits including Liftupp, Playdemic, Collabco, and Sentric Music.
