This program welcomes everyone, whether you are just starting your yoga journey or have been practicing for years and wish to deepen your understanding of postures & alignment.
This program will also give you all the tools you need for an adaptable home practice. At the end of this 6-week journey you will be stronger, more flexible, and feel confident in any yoga class.
