Program Overview
This six-class Foundations of Shamanism Certification offers a grounded, accessible introduction to core shamanic teachings drawn from cross-cultural wisdom traditions and taught with respect, integrity, and care. Designed for both beginners and experienced spiritual practitioners, this program gently introduces students to foundational shamanic concepts while emphasizing personal experience, reflection, and conscious spiritual practice.
Each class blends teaching, guided meditative experiences, discussion, and practical exercises to help participants understand how shamanic principles can support healing, balance, and spiritual connection in everyday life. The environment is supportive, inclusive, and intentionally paced so students can learn comfortably and confidently.
A Grounded & Safe Approach
All experiential practices in this program are taught through meditative consciousness, guided visualization, and focused awareness, similar to deep meditation or conscious dreaming. Participants remain fully present, aware, and in control at all times. This is not about altered states or losing awareness, but about learning how to work intentionally with intuition, symbolism, and subtle energy in a grounded and empowering way.
Jessica emphasizes energetic safety, personal boundaries, and respectful engagement with these teachings throughout the program.
What You Will Learn
Over the course of six classes, students will explore foundational shamanic teachings and practices, including:
• An introduction to shamanism and its role across cultures
• Understanding the Medicine Wheel and sacred directions
• Working with the elements and natural cycles
• Honoring ancestors and lineage wisdom
• Learning about spirit allies and power animals
• Guided meditative journeying and conscious dreaming practices
• Grounding, protection, and energetic hygiene
• Creating sacred space, ritual, and intention
Each class builds upon the previous one, allowing students to integrate learning gradually while developing confidence in working with these practices.
