Foundations of Recovery program

Our Foundations of Recovery group program is designed for individuals and couples who are seeking to overcome issues specifically related to pornography / sexual compulsive behaviors and heal from betrayal trauma. Some of the topics we will dive into are addiction, trauma, triggers, shame, boundaries, communication, and mindfulness.
The format of this group is a 6 week course for 2-3 hours per meeting . The course will start on February 24th and will be held on Mondays at 5:30 pm. We have multiple therapists presenting various topics and hope you have the courage to join us!
