The IEC Atlanta & Georgia Education Committee invites Foremen, Superintendents, Leads, and Top Apprentices to this 3-day course detailing the duties and functions of Project Managers. Participants will learn to identify soft and hard skills, assess strengths and weaknesses, and gain resources and skill development exercises. The course covers estimating processes, job resource management, defining and cultivating favorable leadership behaviors, and contractual change processes. Additionally, participants will learn to demonstrate accurate change order costs and more.The course will include 8 hours of instruction each day, covering the four major divisions of the project life cycle:
Project Acquisition and Initiation
Project Planning
Project Execution
Project Completion and Close-Out
