About this Event
An evening for the people who hold everyone else.
Replenish yourself.Expand your practice.Build your community.
You spend your days helping people feel better.
This evening is for you, too.
FOUNDATIONS brings together wellness practitioners, clinicians, and business owners for an experiential evening of connection, conversation, and nervous system regulation.
We work through different modalities — bodywork, therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, recovery, sound, energy work, clinical care — but beneath every approach are three foundations we all share. This evening is built on them.
I
The Nervous System
replenish.
The foundation of healing.
Nothing we offer lands until the body feels safe enough to receive it — and that includes ours. Slow down, reconnect with your own body, and take an evening to receive instead of give.
II
Vibration
experience.
The foundation of existence.
Everything that exists moves, and sound is the oldest regulation tool we have. Complimentary Primordial Vibroacoustic Therapy sessions run throughout the evening — lie down, feel it in your own body, and understand the modality before you ever refer a client to it.
III
Community
connect.
The foundation of practice.
No one sustains this work alone. In facilitated conversations and open time to socialize, we'll get past surface-level networking: who we are and why we do this work, what's working for our clients, what challenges we're seeing, and how we can support one another.
Come curious. Share what you know. Leave replenished — with new ideas for your practice and new people in your corner.
