The MMDC "Mind Your Development - Small Scale Development" series will be in partnership with Urban Land Institute (ULI) Memphis Real Estate Diversity initiative. The series will be facilitated by Jay Webb of the Memphis Medical District Collaborative.

About Jay Webb
Jay Webb is actively involved in promoting and facilitating the recruitment of developers, investors, and businesses interested in investing in the dynamic real estate market of the Memphis Medical District. With a robust background in banking, commercial lending, and the fixed income sector of the securities industry, Jay transitioned fully into real estate, real estate management, and business consulting in 2019. His focus on urban development is complemented by a strong passion for agriculture, forestry, and conservation. Jay holds several Master certifications in Farm Management and Natural Resources from the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture. A former NCAA athlete, he graduated from the University of Mississippi. Jay is a member of Second Presbyterian Church and is affiliated with organizations such as Advance Memphis and the New Memphis Institute. As a military brat, he has a deep appreciation for service, which is reflected in his family; he is married with two adult children, one serving in the US Military and the other working in the healthcare industry.
