If you have been wanting to work on your posture, this workshop is for you!
Dr. Caleb & Dr. Evan will be teaching you the world’s greatest pain relief poses.
These exercises are designed to re-educate the body on what good posture is.
Dr. Evan of Mäna Chiropractic is a passionate facilitator of healing & an avid gym-goer. He has been practicing & facilitating foundation training for years.
Dr. Caleb of Mäna Chiropractic is a movement specialist & has been doing CrossFit for over 11 years. His knowledge of proper form when engaging in movements & his passion for physical fitness makes him the perfect facilitator of foundation training.
