Welcome to The Nest!
In the Foundation Course we will explore gentle, playful activities that encourage confidence and curiosity, while honouring both your baby’s natural development and your own journey as a parent.
We work with the four main pillars of Comfort, Safety, Bonding, and Curiosity as the foundation of our work with babies and their caregivers. We also focus on reflexes and their integration, as well as movement patterns and movement development.
When we gain a deeper understanding of what is truly happening during this special first year, we can better support and give space to each baby’s natural growth.
The group will be 6-8 families.
