About this Event

Found.
For experts who are done being overlooked.

The expert space is crowded. Coaches, consultants, advisors, fractional executives, agency owners, and solopreneurs across every industry are all making some version of the same promise: helping people grow, change, improve, or get results.

So how does someone decide you're the one they need?

It's not just about your certifications, your experience, or the quality of your work. Those things matter, but they don't automatically make you memorable.

The difference comes from knowing exactly who you're here to serve and being willing to say it clearly.

Not "I help businesses grow." Not "I support leaders in reaching their potential." Not "I help people through transformation."

Who specifically are you the right fit for? What problem do you understand better than anyone else? What makes someone think, "Finally, this person gets me"?

Getting specific can feel risky. It can feel like you're limiting opportunities or excluding potential clients. But clarity doesn't shrink your audience, it helps the right people find you.

Found. is about making that shift, whether you're a coach, a consultant, a fractional leader, or an independent expert building something of your own. It's about moving from being another name in a crowded space to becoming the obvious choice for the people you're meant to serve.

Here's how we know it works:

Kim Peterson, your host, changed one thing about how she described who she serves in her mortgage business. Not her services. Not her bio. Just who she was actually talking to. Her pipeline changed within months. The right clients started finding her.

Melissa Telsrow didn't build "a marketing agency." She built Hiper specifically for national multi-location businesses. That decision defined her company, sharpened her message, and changed who walked through her door.

Brent Hafele didn't position himself as "an executive coach." He committed fully to CEOs. Not leaders. Not teams. CEOs. His referrals got better, his engagements went deeper, and the right clients started finding him.

These aren't theories. They're decisions real people made — and the proof is in their businesses.

What the day looks like:

9:15 — Welcome: Kim Peterson shares her before-and-after
9:30 — Keynote: Melissa Telsrow · How I built Hiper around one specific client
10:00 — Experience: Sarah Line · The fear behind the vague
11:00 — Break
11:15 — Keynote: Brent Hafele · What changed when I committed to CEOs
12:00 — Lunch in downtown Hudson (on your own, with an assignment)
1:30 — Workshop: Beth Elliott · Who do you actually serve?
2:30 — Break
2:45 — Q&A with all four speakers
3:45 — Close

Your speakers:

Melissa Telsrow · Hiper
Melissa made the decision to stop being a marketing strategist for everyone and build her agency specifically around national multi-location businesses. Her keynote is the story of that decision — what it felt like to make it, and what changed when she did.

Sarah Line · Boredroom Breakouts
The reason most highly trained professionals stay vague about who they serve isn't strategy. It's fear. Fear of missing out, fear of getting it wrong, fear of being too small. Sarah's experiential session helps the room name that fear specifically — and then move through it.

Brent Hafele · Vibrancy Unlocked
Brent made the call to stop coaching leaders broadly and commit fully to CEOs. What followed were deeper client relationships, stronger referrals, and a business that attracts exactly the right people. He'll share the honest version of what that decision looked like and what it produced.

Beth Elliott · Tangled Rabbit
Understanding who you serve is one thing. Being able to articulate it clearly enough that the right person immediately recognizes themselves is another. Beth facilitates the structured work of getting there — and you'll leave her session with something you can say out loud and mean it.

The lunch assignment:

At noon you'll have ninety minutes for lunch in downtown Hudson with someone from the room you don't already know. Your only assignment is to come back ready to introduce them — not by their title, but by who they actually serve. The morning's work, practiced in real life before the afternoon even begins.

You'll leave with:

A clear declaration of who you serve - specific, confident, and pressure-tested by peers. One written commitment to change how you show up in the market. And a room full of people who now know exactly who you are and who you help.

A note on who this is for:

This day is designed for highly trained, highly regarded professionals who are not beginners. You know your craft. You've done the work to get good at it. What you haven't done yet is make the declaration that lets the right clients find you.

If you're still figuring out what you offer, this isn't your day yet. If you know exactly what you offer and are tired of explaining it to the wrong people, you belong in this room.
