On Saturday 9 May 2026, District plays host to three of South Africa’s most honest and formidable live acts in The Dirty Skirts, Nomadic Orchestra, and Southern Wild. There are no gimmicks here, just the raw, foot stomping power of bands that have spent years cutting their teeth in smoky clubs and commanding the main stages of every major festival in the country.
You’ve got the grit and veteran swagger of The Dirty Skirts, whose Indie Rock anthems are woven into the very fabric of the local scene, paired with the brass-heavy, runaway train energy that is Nomadic Orchestra.
