Fostering Dialogue: Mid-North Shepherd's Center Series with Braver Angels

“Fostering Dialogue” is the topic of Mid-North Shepherd’s Center’s October 30 meeting from their Domestic Decisions series. Braver Angels Indiana will present about the range of tools they provide to citizens, educators, and legislators for depolarizing the country. The Mid-North Shepherd’s Center is an interfaith program available to all persons 55 years of age and older.

Introduction to Braver Angels:

Since 2016, a growing tide has been quietly building throughout the US opening doors and building bridges across seemingly insurmountable interpersonal divides. Braver Angels, a registered 501c(3) nonprofit, is showing the way to rebuilding a more civil society, overcoming apparent divisions of political persuasion and other deeply held ideologies. Those who have experienced the workshops, debates and town halls presented by Braver Angels throughout the USA say they come away with life-changing shifts in understanding and attitudes toward "the others."

At this event, leaders of Braver Angels will introduce this impactful, nonpartisan, growing movement to those who wish to attend a live, in-person program. There is no charge to attend the event, but donations are appreciated. Those who wish to support the work of Braver Angels by becoming new members will be most welcome to join, either during registration or on the day of the event. Space is limited, so register early.
