Rochester Public Music is organizing this year’s 2026 FORWARD Park Concerts. FORWARD Park Concerts bring free live music to neighborhood parks across Rochester. Each event features local and regional artists, The Art Stop, the Rochester Public Library Bookmobile, and a relaxed summer evening in the park. FORWARD concerts are casual outdoor events in Rochester parks. Bring a chair or blanket, settle in for live music, and enjoy a summer evening with neighbors, family, and friends.

Jeremy Messersmith is a Minneapolis-based indie musician with a catalog of catchy folk and alt-rock songs that balance humor and heart. He’s released 6 studio records (most recently: Fox/Coyote), a songbook of ukulele tunes, an ambient EP, and a live album recorded at a bowling alley.
