Description: Join us for an exciting introduction to Fortis Fitness! Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or a newbie, this event is perfect for anyone looking to better engage in their fitness goals. We'll be breaking a sweat with a sampling of our Fusion Circuit Class, which breaks down into 1 of 3 categories; Form, Power and Speed.

You'll be introduced to each exercise for a safe and effective workout, while being monitored by our trained instructors to ensure proper form and provide additional modifications where needed.
