Happy 6th Anniversary to us! 🎉✨
As we embark on another year in business, we reflect on the challenges of entrepreneurship. We had a tough year in 2023, and while we are still repairing and rebuilding, we have decided to help other business owners navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship.
Our owner, Tamika Hinton, is a product of the City of Fairfield Alabama, and she is joining in the effort to help rebuild Fairfield's ecosystem. Therefore, we are piloting a lunch and learn workshop series called Fortify Fairfield.
This is a hands-on peer-to-peer workshop designed to help business owners navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship. I will invite professionals and representatives from technical assistance organizations to speak to us and we will work together over lunch implementing what we’ve learned. There are other small business programs in Fairfield, and I am not trying to replace them. I am standing with them to help close the gaps on the westside of Jefferson County.
Please join us for the first lunch and work session of Fortify Fairfield on August 14, 2025, from 11am - 1pm at the Fairfield Civic Center. Bring your laptops or tablets and let's get to work!
