About this Event

Welcome to the 2026 Westwood Fitness x FTX Hybrid Athletics Full Hyrox Simulation! The event is September 5th, 2026 at Westwood Fitness in Fort Worth.

This is going to be the closest thing to race day without actually running the race and just in time to help you adjust your training to finish your prep.

A few notes:

1. It's $50.00 per person, so Doubles is $100.00 total. Please only buy (1) ticket per doubles team. If you volunteer for a two (2) hour shift before or after your race, your registration is FREE. Volunteer registration form: https://wwfit.co/hyroxhelp
2. Pick Morning or Night tickets, and please verify the division. Your heat time will be assigned to you on August 29th. It is extremely important to give us accurate predicited finish times, or be conservative with your finish time if you have never done one.
3. We recommend showing up 90 minutes early to sign in, warm up & arrive at the start line 10 minutes early. If the heat starts without you, there will be no refund.
4. Due to the size of the event and coordination required, refunds will not be issued after August 29th, 2026 unless due to inclement weather.
5. If a ticket for a division and time is sold out at the time you desire please email event organizer for to secure spot on waitlist
6. This is not a competition. This is a testing simulation for you to prepare for Dallas. If you do not complete any part of the race, this is on you.
7. Please make sure you bring proper hydration and electrolytes to the event. You are responsible for fueling.
8. You must sign a waiver prior to the event: wwfit.co/waiver
9. Access to Climate Change requires you to purchase a ticket, but it will be available at the door.
10. We will allow last-minute division changes. Any inquiries must be approved before August 29th, 2026.
11. Any arguing with staff or race directors, or poor sportsmanship will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

Evening Heats

🕑: 06:00 PM - 09:00 PM
Evening Heats

Info: Evening Heats start at 1800(6:00 P.M.), and the last one launches at 2100(9:00 P.M.)
