Fort Worth Fly Fishers’ 2025 Fundraiser
Included with your packet is your own numbered paddle for bidding on live auction items and any FOUR Chances to
WIN raﬄe tickets you purchased online ahead of the event. Dinner is included with your admission ticket and a cash bar
is available. Our event will conclude 9 pm. ank you for coming!
Ways to win: live auction, four chances to win raﬄe, rod wall raﬄe, and bucket raﬄe. All raﬄe ticket sales end at 7:30 pm
when the FUN begins!

Live Auction: Begins at 7:30 PM. View the items on display before we start the bidding. Each item will be described
before the auctioneer starts the bidding. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, or credit card. Feel free to pay up
front by the door aer you are through bidding. Must pay before leaving.
FOUR Chances to WIN Raﬄe: Following the live auction, prizes will be drawn in order shown below. Purchase as many
tickets as you want, you have four chances to win per ticket.

FOUR Chances to WIN Raﬄe Ticket Prices: 1 for $20, 3 for $50, 6 for $100
Rod Wall Raﬄe: Following the FOUR Chances to WIN Raﬄe, the Rod W all raﬄe is a great way to get new-to-you gear.
Purchase as many tickets as you want. How it works, tickets will be drawn until no rods are le. If your ticket is drawn, you
will choose a rod from those that are still available. We will do this until all the rods are gone.
Rod Wall Ticket Price: 1 for $20
Raﬄe Buckets: Last auction of the night. We have arranged our silent auction items by coupon price - $5, $10, and $20
for your viewing. Place one half of the ticket in the can marked for that item and keep the other half (tip: write on the back
what the item is or which table it is on to help find it at the end of the evening). During the live auction, the lucky coupon
will be drawn and taped to the container near the item. Take the item home if you have the winning coupon.
