Her marriage crumbled due to drug addiction. Determined to provide stability, Sarah purchased her first house hack on her daughter’s first birthday.. Since 2020, Sarah has acquired 18 units and furnished 11 midterm rentals, all while working a full-time W2 job in genetics.
