Meet us at the riverfront for the 8th annual Fort Wayne Dragon Boat Races! Dragon Boat Racing originated in China and features 21-person teams paddling their craft in unison to a rhythmic drumbeat down the St. Marys River. This event is FREE to attend!Schedule (subject to change):
8 a.m. - Tai Chi in the Old National Bank Plaza
9:30 a.m. - Dotting of the Eyes Ceremony with Mayor Tucker
9:45 a.m. - Races begin
9:45 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Kids Activities and Cultural Activities
10 a.m. - 3 p.m. - Food Vendors
- Travelin' Toms Coffee (until 12 p.m.)
- Kain Na
- Carmelitas
- Teds snack + bar
- Kung Fu Tea
12 p.m. - Lunch Break with Team Activities
1:00 p.m. - Racing Resumes
