Course Completion Requirements: Attending and participating in the course module (or completing makeup assignments given by the teacher). Create a chakra balancing protocol including asana, yantra meditation, pranayama, and bija mantra. Practice protocol 10 days and journal about it (turn in 1 page reflection paper on protocol experience). Discuss protocol with mentor before practicing for 10 days.
