About this Event
ISO 9001
ISO 9001is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems (QMS) designed to help organizations ensure they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while complying with statutory and regulatory requirements. The standard is based on several quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the involvement of top management, a process approach, and continual improvement.
Quality Management (QM)
QM involves overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, as well as quality control and quality improvement. It ensures that products and services are consistent, meet customer expectations, and comply with regulations, leading to increased customer satisfaction, reduced costs, improved efficiency, and enhanced competitiveness.
TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP IMPROVEMENT (TLI)- DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR? (High turnover, inability to fill open positions, excessive absenteeism, low workforce engagement, inability to grow or even satisfy current demand). Companies must invest in their leaders to better equip, engage, and retain their existing workforce. By utilizing our TLI approach, company leaders will learn how to overcome the five common obstacles to transformational improvement by learning and applying proven and time-tested tools and skills for communicating and coaching with team members, increasing their self-awareness through focused feedback and individualized coaching, applying a scientific approach to improving their leadership through experimentation, and discovering how to get more done by focusing on the right things.
Supply Chain Assessment is designed to analyze the current efficiency and effectiveness of a manufacturer’s supply chain. By utilizing assessment data, it identifies potential gaps and challenges, such as mismatched production capacity and customer demand, difficulties in finding reliable suppliers, inventory imbalances, transportation inefficiencies, lack of risk mitigation plans, inadequate internal systems, and operational waste. The goal is to generate practical recommendations to address these issues, ultimately improving supply chain performance and organizational success.
Grants available to Arkansas companies:
