Fort Lauderdale Women's Circle

Meet us on the sand at Vista Park beach with a towel, water, your journal, and an open heart. This is a free event that offers a group meditation and journal prompts. Feel free to bring anything else you wish to share or do.

Note that the location provided is a parking lot in front of the beach with a pay by phone parking meter (about $4 an hour)

About the event host: Hi! I'm Sofia, a certified RYT 200-Hour yoga teacher passionate about women's empowerment. My goal is to create a community and safe space where women can come together to feel grounded, relaxed, seen, heard, and loved.
