After delivering Israel from Egypt, God does something surprising: He leads His people into the wilderness. Our third series, Formed: The God Who Shapes His People, shows that salvation is not the end of the story—it is the beginning of becoming God’s people.
In the wilderness, God teaches Israel to trust Him daily for bread, water, victory, and leadership. He brings them to Mount Sinai, where He gives the Ten Commandments, forms a covenant, and begins shaping a people who reflect His character. These chapters show us that freedom is more than escape from bondage—it’s learning to walk with the God who saved us.
This series speaks directly into our lives today. We, too, are a people being shaped—by trials, by obedience, by community, and by the Word of God. As we study Exodus 16–24, we’ll discover that God uses everyday challenges to refine us, provide for us, and form us into a kingdom of priests.
