FORMED Collective: Small Group Training

FORMED Collective hosts small-group training sessions every Saturday morning. The sessions are created and instructed by Dr. Simone Norman PT, DPT. This is not Physical Therapy, but Dr. Norman has decided to use her passion to create an exercise program for individuals who are wanted to advance their fitness level and challenge themselves physically.

Our sessions combine strength training, HIIT, plyometrics, core stability, functional movement to create athletic workouts that challenge both body and mindset. At FORMED, we believe that anyone can be an athlete!

FORMED Collective sessions are intentionally limited in size to create a focused and high-quality training environment.

At the core of FORMED Collective is the belief that true transformation begins within.

Scripture reminds us:

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

— Romans 12:2

So even though at FORMED we are pushing everyone to be better physically, we make sure to keep Christ at the center of it all!
