A creative workshop exploring how inner experiences can be translated into physical form.
How does a feeling take shape? What would stress, calm, uncertainty, joy, or belonging look like as an object?
In this two-day workshop, participants will explore how moods, experiences, and mental states can be transformed into three-dimensional forms through sculpture and installation.
Working with polystyrene foam, concrete, and other materials, we will experiment with scale, texture, weight, and space. Through hands-on making, participants will investigate how abstract thoughts and emotions can be expressed physically, without the need for words.
The workshop encourages curiosity, experimentation, and play. There are no right or wrong solutions—only opportunities to explore and discover new forms.
Participants will work both individually and collaboratively, culminating in a collective installation where the relationship between the sculptures, each other, and the surrounding space becomes part of the artwork itself.
