Form and Flow
An afternoon to slow down, reconnect with your body and leave feeling educated, energised and empowered.
We’ll begin with welcome drinks and time to settle in before preparing the body with a gentle lymphatic drainage routine. From there, you’ll move through a nourishing lymphatic Pilates class designed to improve circulation, reduce tension and leave you feeling your best.
After a short break, we’ll dive into an in-depth seminar covering women’s health, with a focus on hormones, menstrual cycles, gut health and the simple habits that can make a real difference to how you feel every day.
Whether you’re looking to better understand your body, improve your health or simply spend an afternoon surrounded by like-minded women, Form & Flow is your space to learn, move and connect.
