The Harvest Party is a winter gathering rooted in food, fire, and community.Hosted at Sunny’s Burger & Beer in Whitefish, this evening brings together chefs, hunters, and neighbors to share stories, learn traditional wild-game techniques, and enjoy thoughtfully prepared food cooked over open flame.
Region Sauvage and Chef Shelly will serve a complimentary tapas-style appetizer while discussing curing venison and other time-honored methods used in wild-game cookery. The night is designed to be welcoming, educational, and grounded in the rhythms of the season.
