The Menu:

First Course: Beet pasta with artichoke, sunchokes, preserved lemon, basil, sundried tomato, pine nuts, and fromage blanc.

Second Course: Lobster bisque with coconut, hazelnut aioli, and chives.

Third Course: Chicken Marsala with parsnip puree, asparagus, and dates.

Fourth Course: Pistachio crème brûlée.
