We begin the evening with ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its ability to open the heart, calm the mind, and guide us into deeper self-awareness. As we sip this warm, nurturing drink, we will be led through a guided meditation focused on forgiveness—for ourselves, for others, and for any past experiences that may still hold emotional weight.
