Forgive and Heal Workshop

Welcome to the Forgive and Heal Workshop!

Come join us for weekly sessions starting on January 21st from 6:30pm-7:45 pm recurring every Tuesday through February 25th. This workshop is designed to help you let go of past hurts, forgive yourself and others, and start the journey towards inner peace and healing.

Registraion Cost: $30 (includes workbook, supplies, light refreshment)

During this in-person event, you will participate in mindfulness techniques, group discussions, and healing exercises led by experienced facilitators. You will leave feeling lighter, more at peace, and with a renewed sense of hope.
