Forged Bottle Opener

Grab a friend and come make something you’ll actually use. In this hands-on class, you’ll forge your own custom bottle opener from a premade steel blank—keeping things simple while still giving you plenty of room to make it your own. You’ll learn the basics of shaping, texturing, and working hot steel in a relaxed, beginner-friendly environment.

No experience needed—this class is designed for all skill levels, whether it’s your first time swinging a hammer or you’ve been wanting an excuse to get back to the forge.

And of course, we’ll put your work to the test at the end of class by cracking open a cold IBC root beer with your finished opener.

You’ll leave with a solid, functional tool—and a great story to go with it.
