7-7:15pm: Line Dance Warmup (Learning Footloose on Jan. 10)
7:15-8pm: East Coast Swing Lesson with Natalie. (Dip is Optional Challenge!)
NO YOU DON'T NEED A PARTNER FOR THE LESSON! We rotate so everyone gets a partner and gets to dance!
8-11pm: Swing Dance! Note the Music will work for multiple dance genres, so don't feel limited to just dancing Swing!
Dance Genres are as follows:
East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Shag, Hustle, Line Dance, Bachata, Blues, Cha Cha, Single TIme Swing, Country Swing, Slow Dances.
Snacks are provided/ Drinks are for sale/ BYOB
OPTIONAL! Please consider bringing a food item (dessert or covered dish or snack).Everyone who brings food will be given a ticket for a 2nd drawing done at intermission, where you could possible win a free dance!
YES! All ages are welcome! Foreverland truly draws the whole generational line as families are welcome to come dance together and have fun.
So let's create some GLUE! Meet some new friends and BOND together in dance!
It's fun! It makes you feel alive! and memorizing these moves will simply make you smarter.... as in a quicker thinker!
