Introducing something new for summer 2025! �
These 3 walks will be short, accessible and very gentle
You can book all 3 walks as a series or individually, each morning will consist of a gentle mindful stroll followed by a simple Teddy bears picnic for attendees.
Children up to 5 are welcome to attend with mum
Simple mindfulness and time out doors! Please be prepared for some sensory fun and some mud etc!
Bookings will be available via the website once you have placed your booking be sure to let me know how many small people will be attending and any dietary requirements you might have
