Forest Therapy Walk - Sunday Morning on the Canal Path:
Bring water, light snacks, a journal, maybe a blanket or towel and an open mind.
Join me for a complimentary forest therapy experience along the beautiful canal path! I'm excited to guide my first forest therapy walk of the year on Sunday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
During this 2-hour session, we'll slow down, engage our senses, and cultivate a deeper connection with the natural world around us. Through a series of gentle invitations and sensory-based activities, I'll help you tune in to the present moment and experience the therapeutic benefits of "forest bathing."
What to Expect:
- A leisurely, guided walk along the peaceful canal path
- Opportunities to pause, observe, and immerse yourself in the forest environment
- Invitations to connect with nature through your senses of sight, sound, touch, and more
- Time for personal reflection and group sharing (optional)
