Forest Therapy Walk

Forest Walk will include a grounding meditation, nature partnership invitations and a native tea ceremony, following the ANFT tradition.

Forest therapy walks invite participants to participate in a relational practice that can bring health benefits as well as a deeper connection to nature, or the “more than human world” around us. As a certified Forest Therapy Guide, I believe the forest is the therapist, I am just helping to open the doors.
On the walk you will learn more about the history and traditions of forest bathing and forest therapy practice, while experiencing the benefits yourself.

All are welcome, though this walk is more appropriate for adults and older children. Walks for families and younger children will be offered in the future.
Parking is available in the TreePeople parking lot at 12601 Mulholland Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. There are restrooms, water fountains and accessible flat trails.
