Forest Therapy and Mindful Sketching

Join Sophie Neill (We Are Nature) and Lorna Bryce (local artist) for a relaxing and rejuvinating afternoon of forest therapy, mindful sketching and light refreshments in the beautiful Weston Woods.

Forest Therapy is the gentle and mindful art of connecting with the natural world through all of our senses. Think mindful meditations and exploratory sensory invitations.

Mindful Sketching is not about creating a masterpiece, but rather learning to tune into the environment around us and expressing this on the page.

Open to complete beginners (18+) and over. Just bring yourself and something to sit on (camping chairs work well).

In return, we ask for a donation of £15. Profits will go towards the ongoing work of We Are Nature who connect people to nature for the benefit of people and planet. If you can not afford the full £15 please pay what you can.
