We are pleased to offer a rich and vibrant forest bathing with natural sounds and sound healing, using elemental Koshi chimes, Tibetan chimes and a singing bowl.
This is a chance to embrace nature and all it's healing power, to connect deeper with the earth and step away, refreshed, focused and rejuvenated.
This event will be held in Little Wood (Part of Stock Bridge Village Woods, accessed off Croxteth Lane).
