🌿🎨 Forest of the Imagination returns to the American Museum & Gardens this summer!
From 11 July –1 September, discover a series of inspiring outdoor art installations set amongst our beautiful gardens, woodland and arboretum.
Perfect for families, art lovers and nature explorers alike, the installations invite visitors of all ages to experience the landscape through creativity, imagination and play.
Discover:
🐇 Dreamer – a giant 7.5m inflatable rabbit
🦋 Imaginal Soup – inspired by the transformation of a butterfly
💧 The Waters Way – a flowing installation following the hidden path of water beneath the Museum's grounds
🌳 Chrysalis Grove – suspended chrysalises celebrating renewal and emergence
🎨 Special Artist Workshops - Saturday 26 July - Pay What You Can Day 💚
Join artists from Forest of the Imagination for creative workshops inspired by nature and the installations.
Forest of Imagination is available to everyone. On the day of the event to help support our work as a charity with no government funding, we welcome visitors to donate on a pay-what-you-can basis. We ask that you give generously, but if you can't afford to, that's fine too.
Aside from 26 July, normal admission applies throughout the installation period (11 July - 1 September). Thanks to the Government's Great British Summer Savings scheme, all admission tickets are currently available at reduced prices.
