As we wander among the trees, you will have the opportunity to connect with yourself and listen as the forest offers you time to reflect on your life. Leave feeling grounded and calm as you re-enter the world with more clarity and peace.
The meditation will take place at St. Joseph’s Nature Trail at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.
