Join us for Forest Friends, a playful nature adventure series designed to help children and caregivers unplug, explore, and connect.
Using our signature framework—Breathe • Wander • Create • Rest—each gathering features a unique blend of nature play, movement, creativity, mindfulness, and exploration.
Activities may include:
🌬️ Bubble breathing, yoga, and movement games
🥾 Nature walks, animal detective challenges, and sensory exploration
🎨 Nature journaling, mandalas, and seasonal art projects
🧘 Gratitude practices, affirmations, and calming breaths
Every class offers new adventures, discoveries, and opportunities to connect with nature and one another.
