10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Tuition: $45 Materials: $3
June can be an interesting time for foraging; spring greens are past their prime and berries aren't ripe yet... But it can be a good month for finding plants to use for teas, dandelions, garlic mustard, wild ginger, and other roots!
In this class we’ll go hunting for these wild foods, learn about some others that you can identify/forage in other months of the year, and return to the school to prepare anything we forage.
Come prepared to go outside with weather-appropriate clothing and footgear.
This class will meet at the Ely Folk School.
