Students will learn basic metalsmith concepts as we craft earrings from scrap metal. Using scrap metals allows students to experiment with design and pushes pre-conceived ideas of what earrings can be. Students will leave with at least one pair of finished earrings (for pierced ears only) and the skills needed to make their own earrings after class.
This class is an introduction to a few metalsmith techniques. and is beginner friendly. Open to ages 14+ with approval by an adult.
