Forest City Women's Circle: October Circle

Forest City Women's Circle: Celebrating sisterhood, exploring ecofeminism & spirituality. We gather to honor our connections to nature, each other and within ourselves.

A women’s circle is an ancient practice of women coming together to experience support, emotional intimacy, laughter and camaraderie amongst women. In this circle we share stories that speak to the heart of who we are as women. We connect over shared struggles and we celebrate each other’s victories. We may dance, we may sing, we will definitely laugh. This is a sacred and safe place to just be. Each month will have a different focus; October’s focus is on connection to our ancestors and the spirit of this season.

All individuals who are femme identifying are welcome. Gathering is appropriate for most people 12 years of age and older

You're welcome to bring the following:

• An item to add to our ancestor altar
• A mug for a warm drink
• A journal & pen
• An extra cushion or blanket, whatever you need to be comfortable
