Come reconnect with nature, reset your stress, and soak in the beauty around you.
This simple yet profound practice,highly inspired by Japanese Shinrin-yoku,invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and awaken your senses.
Weather permitting, we will explore the sacred in the pond as well as the forest.
This is a gentle practice.
We will walk about 1.5 miles and ascend 1 small incline. No experience necessary—just bring your presence.
