Description:
In today's fast-paced world, where we often feel disconnected and overwhelmed, nature's wisdom offers a path back to harmony and balance.
Join us for a unique and immersive experience that combines Forest Therapy with the heart-opening properties of Ceremonial Cacao.
This experience is for you if you're seeking: rest, stress relief, joy, mindfulness, inspiration, novelty and connections.
Forest Bathing, also known as Shinrin-Yoku, means bathing in the forest atmosphere or taking in the forest through our senses. Benefits from this practice have been scientifically studied and quantified. Some of these include: increased immunity, improved sleep, reduced stress, and increased concentration, mental focus and creativity. Your internationally accredited (ANFT) guide, Clara Arribas, will lead you through a sensory meditation to help you to switch off and slow down. In partnership with the land, Clara will lead the group through a series of nature connection 'invitations' to deliberately slow down, and to become present and mindful.
Cacao, a sacred plant medicine used by ancient cultures, is renowned for its ability to open the heart, stimulate creativity, and foster a sense of connection to oneself and others. When combined with Forest Therapy, cacao amplifies the transformative effects of the practice, creating a profound and uplifting experience.
Limited spots available! Don't miss this opportunity to experience Forest Therapy and Cacao.
