About this Event
EVENT DETAILS
We will practice guided mindfulness throughout our walk and will learn to engage our senses and connect to nature as we practice shinrin-yoku (forest bathing). This program will take place at the Willows, which is located about 2 miles from the main parking lot. Participants will need to drive personal vehicles on the El Camino Viejo Bike Trail (escorted by staff) and stay for the duration of the program.
Please plan to arrive at the Crossing Parking Lot by no later than 9:30am for check-in. The entrance to the preserve will open at 6:00 am. Only registered participants will be admitted (NO WALK-UPS). From there, we will drive about 2 miles (past a locked gate) on the canyon road to The Willows. Program duration includes travel time to and from trailhead.
