Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) 5-2-26

During this Forest Bathing immersion, you will be invited to use your senses to explore the forest and nature surrounding you. This is a mindfulness, embodiment, nature connection practice. The immersion lasts approximately 2 hours. Unless there is severe weather conditions that are deemed unsafe, this event will still take place if it's cold, hot, raining or snowing. If by chance weather conditions are not safe, the organizer will send out an email about 3 hours before the event scheduled time.

We will meet at Chagrin River Park East Entrance, (3100 Reeve Rd., Willoughby, OH 44094) by the picnic table next to the river, which is located down the path next to the restrooms, to the right of the bridge. Please look for the signs "Forest Bathing by Wise Warriors Coaching" to help direct you.

Please wear clothing appropriate in alignment with the weather conditions (ie; rain, cold weather, wind gear). Please bring a water bottle and a blanket or mat to sit on, if the ground is wet, please bring a chair instead. Optional items to bring are a journal and camera if you are so inclined.
